You can utilize all Dixie Belle stains on unpainted or painted surfaces.  Both stains could be applied using a “lint-free” cloth or could utilize a paint sponge or paintbrush.  Begin with a tiny amount & then apply a lot more which depends on the shade you’re seeking. Remember that less is more. First, we recommend testing it on a non-conspicuous spot.  No Pain Gel Stain is oil-based & will need additional time to dry.
