SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow us 24 to 48 hours to ship your order. We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.  It usually takes 2-7 business days to receive the order.

 

EASY RETURNS

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.   Personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.  If a return is requested, we will process your refund as soon as we receive your returned package. Generally, you may expect your refund within 7-10 days.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order  has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to you so you may  see when your order  will arrive
